College Rules And Regulations
  • Every student should obey the rules strictly, failing which his/her name is liable to be removed from the college.
  • Any student found guilty of misbehavior/misconduct/disobedience, persistent neglect of studies shall be liable to expelled from the college.
  • All correspondence regarding college matters should be addresses to the Principal.
  • Every student should obtain identity card from the college office on payment of prescribed fee.
  • Original certificate will be retained in the college office and shall be returned to the students concerned after completion of this course.
  • Students shall maintain decorum and cordial relation with each other; anyone found indulging in community discrimination shall be penalized by the college authority.
  • The college authorities reserve the right to make necessary modification, alteration, addition or revision of the rules and regulations at any time and such changes should be duly complied by the students, institution and any one indulging in ragging is likely to be punished as per decision made by the anti-ragging committee.
  • Order given by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the writ petition (Civil) No.656 of 1998, passed in 2001 directing all the educational institutions of the country would be followed in letter and spirit. Ragging is banned in the Institution and any one indulging in ragging is likely to be punished and the said punishment may include expulsion from the institution, suspension from the institution or classes or fine with public apology
  • The punishment may also take the shape of
    i) Withholding scholarships or other benefits
    ii)debarring from representation in events
    iii) withhold result
    iv)suspension or expulsion from hostel or mess and the like
    v)Any other legal step may be taken, if required.
  • Unauthorized Meetings/Demonstration

    Meetings, gatherings, demonstrations or strikes of any kind without the permission of the college authorities are declared illegal and will attract disciplinary action against the participating students.

    Use Of Mobile Phones

    Usage of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in the college premises

    Working Hours Of College

    The working hours of the college will be notified from time to time.

    Attendance

  • A candidate is required to put in a minimum of 90% of attendance in theory and 100% in practical/clinical separately in each subject every year before admission to the examinations.
  • A candidate who lacks attendance of the clinical experience for reasons other than availing eligible sick leave (10 days ) will be required to compensate during vacation.
  • A candidate must have 100 % attendance in each of the practical areas before award of degree.
  • Appraisal


    Performance of the student is assessed by the system of :
  • Regular periodic assessment shall be conducted throughout course. The average marks of the best two performances shall be taken into consideration for the award of internal assessment of marks both theory and practical.
  • Percentage of attendance and submission of assignment on time is to be evaluated by the subject teachers.
  • The student is expected to maintain high standard in academic and clinical performance throughout the programme
  • Note: Candidate shall submit a record of clinical work, assignment done during the academic year on or before 15 days prior to theory examination every year .
  • Holidays

  • Four weeks of summer vacation and two weeks of winter vacation in an academic year as per notification of the Rajiv Gandhi University.
  • All the gazetted holidays (3 weeks )notified by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh will be observed by the college in addition to 14th March, the Death Anniversary of Late T.C.Telli, founder of this institution
